I'm Rev. Bobby Tackett-Evans and I am honored to serve as the pastor at St. James.  I grew up in Lexington and have lived in Kentucky all my life.  I am a graduate of Georgetown College and Baptist Seminary of Kentucky.  God is already doing some great things in Bowling Green and among the people here at St. James and I am looking forward to being a part of it!

My wife, Rev. Ashley Tackett-Evans is pastor for Scottsville First UMC.  We have been married for almost 9 years and our child is our 7 year old beagle mix named Karen.  

Ashley and I enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, playing tennis, and engaging in other outdoor activities together.
